CORNBREAD AND SAUSAGE STUFFING 
24 oz. cornbread mix (I use 3 (8 ounce) Jiffy mixes)
1 lb. pork sausage
4 tsp. butter
3 celery stalks, diced
3 lg. carrots, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
6 c. white bread cubes
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 c. water or half chicken broth
