WHOLE BERRY CRANBERRY SAUCE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 c. cranberries
1 orange, peeled & chopped

Combine sugar and water in pan. Stir to dissolve sugar. Bring to boil. Add cranberries; cook until skins pop (about 15 minutes). Remove from heat. Add orange. Serve warm or chilled. Makes about 4 cups of sauce.
