1 c. stuffing mix 1 lb. ground beef 1/3 c. evaporated milk 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 tbsp. catsup 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Prepare stuffing according to directions on the package. Combine beef and milk. Divide into 5 patties and flatten to 6-inch circles. Divide stuffing and place on centers of each patty. Draw up edges of each patty over the stuffing and seal. Place in 1 1/2-quart (or squares glass pan). In a saucepan combine soup, catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Heat until bubbly and pour over meat. Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes at 325-350 degrees. |
