GUAM FRIED RICE 
Garlic to taste
Soy sauce
1 lg. can Spam
1 green pepper
2 c. rice, cooked
6 eggs

Cook rice and set aside. Scramble eggs and set aside. Chop garlic, Spam, and bell pepper real fine. Fry garlic in grease until brown. Add bell pepper and Spam; cook until hot. Cover bottom of a pot with grease and add the rice to it. Mix in the other ingredients with the rice. Add salt and pepper to your taste. Put in enough soy sauce to make the rice brown. Stir well and heat through, stirring constantly, to keep from sticking. Ready to serve.
