STACK PIE 
Make and bake 10 flat pie crusts, that have been cut around plate.

FILLING:

2 c. white sugar
4 egg yolks
1/2 c. of cream
1/4 c. butter

Cook until clear. Cool and put between pie crust layers.

ICING:

2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cream
1/4 stick butter

Cook until thick. Put over top of pie.
