WHITE CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/4 cup shortening
1 oz. white chocolate, melted
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 cup whipping cream
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
few drops almond extract
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

Cream butter and shortening in a mixing bowl at medium speed of an electric mixer; add melted chocolate. Gradually add 1/2 of the powdered sugar; beat well. Add salt, flavorings and lemon juice. Gradually add remaining powdered sugar and whipping cream alternately, beginning and ending with sugar. Mix well after each addition. Spread on cooled cake.
