1/2 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. butter
4 oz. corkscrew macaroni
1 (12 oz.) can Spam, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook and drain macaroni according to package. Saute onions and green peppers in butter. Combine all ingredients. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
