OVEN - FRIED FISH 
1/2 c. Corn Flakes, crushed
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. paprika
Dash of pepper
1 lb. catfish or other fish filets
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. skim milk

Combine Corn Flakes, celery salt, onion powder, paprika and pepper. Dip fish in milk; roll in Corn Flake mixture. Place fish in nonstick baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until brown. Yield: 5 servings. Each serving: 2 ounces. Each serving may be exchanged for: 1/2 Bread; 2 Low-fat Meat.
