EASY DOES IT CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tbsp. baking soda
Dash salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. boiling water

Mix all dry ingredients together until blended well. Then add eggs, vanilla, oil and buttermilk. Mix with electric mixer until blended (nice and smooth). Then add boiling water to mixture; blend well. Pour into well greased and floured 13"x9" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. (There will be a dark rectangular area in middle as it bakes; this is normal.) Let cake cool and use Betty Crocker Easy Spread Frosting. Umm-umm good! (Grandma's recipe passed down.)
