1 stick butter
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 egg

Mix and press in a 9 x 13.

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 eggs
1 lb. powdered sugar

Blend and pour over 1st mixture. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 35 minutes. When cool, cut into bars.
