CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. crushed Hi-Ho crackers
Butter

Cook cabbage and onions until tender. Mix all ingredients, except crackers and cheese together and place in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle top with mix cheese and cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake until brown and bubbly at 350 degrees.
