QUICHE 
8-10 slices white bread
8-10 slices Swiss cheese
8-10 slices ham (can use turkey ham)
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
4 eggs
4 tsp. butter
1/2 c. cornflakes
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. each salt & pepper (use less salt)

Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Set aside. Take crust off bread. Coat 9 x 10 inch baking dish with Pam and line with 1/2 of the bread. Cover with 1/2 cheese and ham. Pour 1/2 egg mixture over the bread, ham and cheese. Repeat with layers of bread, cheese and ham. Top with egg mixture, crushed cornflakes and butter. Refrigerate overnight and bake 1 hour at 350 degree oven. Serves 8.
