BACON AND CHEESE MUFFINS | |
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. sugar 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 1/2 c. shredded cheese, cheddar 1/2 tsp. chopped parsley 1 egg, beaten 3/4 c. milk 1/3 c. vegetable oil Combine baking powder, flour, salt, sugar, bacon, cheese and parsley in large bowl. Make a well in center of mixture. Combine egg, milk and oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon into greased muffin tins, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from pan immediately. 1 dozen. |
