BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1 c. grated sharp cheese
2 slices bread cubed or enough to cover baking dish

Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Saute sausage, drain well. Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Add sausage and cheese to 9x13 greased baking dish to cover bread cubes. Refrigerate overnight. Bake as directed when ready to serve.
