TOMATOES STUFFED WITH EGG SALAD 
6 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/3 c. sliced stuffed green olives
1/4 c. minced green onions
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. mayonnaise
6 med. tomatoes

Combine egg, celery, olives and onions; season with salt and pepper. Add mayonnaise; mix well. Scoop out centers of tomatoes; fill with egg salad. Top with additional olive slices. Chill. 6 servings.
