1 1/2 c. hot mashed sweet potatoes
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. brown sugar
Dash of salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 c. rich milk or cream
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and turn into a pastry lined pie plate. Bake in hot oven 450 degrees for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer or until pie is set and crust browned.
