SOUR CREAM ROLLS 
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. warm water
2 pkgs. dry yeast
2 eggs
4 c. flour

Scald sour cream and butter until bubbly. Stir in sugar. Let cool until lukewarm. Mix warm water and yeast - stir until dissolved. Put both mixtures together. Add eggs, flour, and salt. Mix with a spoon, not a mixer. Mix well.

Let rise until double in size - about 1 hour. Roll out to 1/2-3/4 inch thickness. Cut out using cutter or glass. Let rise about 1/2 hour or until double. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly brown. Makes 20 rolls.
