In an automatic coffee maker, measure 10 cups of water which is a coffee pot full, run this through the coffee maker, before putting in water, place 10 tea bags in filter. While the tea is on brewing, open 16 packages sweetener and place in 1 gallon pitcher. Then add the hot tea and then fill rest of pitcher with cool water, put in refrigerator until cool.
