TACO SALAD 
1 head lettuce
2 lg. tomatoes
1/2 c. red onion
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (4.5 oz.) can black olives, drained
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 pkg. dry taco seasoning
1 sm. bottle Thousand Island dressing
Crushed Fritos
Sour cream
Salsa

Shred lettuce. Chop tomatoes and onions. Toss lettuce, tomatoes, onions, kidney beans, and olives together. Chill. After ground beef is browned and drained, toss all but 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning with browned meat.

Prior to serving, toss ground beef and cheese with chilled salad. Sprinkle with chips. For dressing on salad: Mix bottle of Thousand Island dressing with 2 tablespoons taco seasoning, 2 tablespoons sour cream, and 2 tablespoons salsa. Mix well and serve with salad.
