TURKEY TETRAZZINI | |
1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. flour 2 c. milk 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 chicken bouillon cube, crushed 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 c. diced roasted turkey 1 1/2 c. cooked spaghetti 1/2 c. cooked mushrooms 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/4 c. melted butter 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes Melt butter in heavy pan. Blend in flour and salt; cook until bubbly. Gradually add milk and cook over low heat 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add seasonings. Combine white sauce with turkey, spaghetti, mushrooms, green pepper and cheese. Place in buttered 2 quart casserole. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter and parsley and sprinkle over top. Bake 325 degrees for about 25 minutes or until well browned. |
