RED PEPPER SOUP 
1-2 pkgs. chicken or stew meat
2 (4-6 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 red peppers, whole or red pepper seasoning
1 1/2 c. Uncle Ben rice
1 can chicken broth
1 tsp. Seasoning All
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Take the skin off chicken before cooking and add chicken broth. Cook until tender. Take tomato sauce and add red peppers (about 2) or red pepper seasoning. Add salt, black pepper and Seasoning All, bring to a boil. Once chicken is tender, add red pepper soup to chicken or stew meat. Boil rice and when done, drain water off rice and serve.
