QUICK PASTA SALAD 
16 oz. pkg. spiral noodles
16 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
16 oz. bottle Italian dressing
8 oz. pkg. cheddar cheese

Boil the noodles according to package directions. Put the frozen vegetables in the bottom of a large bowl. Drain the noodles then put them over the frozen vegetables to thaw them. Let the mixture set for 30 minutes. Sprinkle seasonings and Italian dressing over the noodles, then mix into the vegetables. Toss cheese into the mixture and chill. Serve.
