2 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
1 (6 oz.) pkg. fruit flavored jello
2 1/2 c. water
Cool Whip
Sm. candies, chocolate chips, etc.
Sm. cookie cutters

Soften the unflavored gelatin in 1 cup of cold water; set aside. In a pan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil and add fruit-flavored jello. Bring to a boil again and remove from heat. Add softened gelatin mix; stir well and add 1/2 cup cold water.

Pour into a lightly greased (or foil lined) 9x13 pan. Refrigerate until solid (about 2 hours). Cut into shapes. Kids like to cut this with cookie cutters. Then they can decorate each piece with a dollop of whipped cream, a miniature chocolate chip, etc.
