RICOTTA SQUARES 
1 box Duncan Hines golden butter cake mix
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 sm. (15 oz.) containers ricotta cheese

Mix cake according to box directions. Pour into 13 x 9 inch ungreased oblong pan. Beat eggs above, add sugar, ricotta cheese and vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy. Pour on top of cake mixture; spread to corners gently. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes or until done (firm). Cool in pan. Cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar. Refrigerate for at least 8 to 10 hours before serving.
