TACO PIE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 can (15 oz.) Spanish rice 1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips 1 c. grated American cheese 1/2 c. guacamole dip 1/2 c. onions, chopped Shredded lettuce Taco sauce Cook ground beef. Add Spanish rice. Into baking dish, pour corn chips to cover the bottom. Pour meat and rice mixture over chips. Over that, sprinkle grated American cheese. Spread guacamole dip over that and fresh chopped onions. Layer shredded lettuce over that. Serve with taco sauce. Serves 6.
