REESE'S BROWNIES 
Pillsbury Brownie Mix

Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan and cool.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix above together. Fold in 1 container Cool Whip. Layer on brownies. Cool 10 Reese's cups then crumble and sprinkle over frosting.
