STUFF 
2 lbs. ground meat
4 or 5 med. potatoes, sliced in lg. cubes
1 lb. carrots, sliced
2 yellow squash, sliced (optional)
1 bell pepper, chopped (optional)
1 lg. onion, wedged
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 tbsp. parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Line electric skillet with 1 1/2 pounds of beef. Add carrots, potatoes, squash, pepper, onion. Sprinkle parsley over this mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Put rest of beef on top; sprinkle. Add 1 can of soup. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 175 to 200 degrees, cooking until vegetables are done. Add remaining can of soup. Cook 15 minutes more.
