OATMEAL PANCAKES 
1/4 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. oil
1 1/2 tsp. honey
3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. oil for pan

Measure all dry ingredients - put them in mixing bowl. Beat egg in dish. Measure milk - add honey, egg and oil to milk. Mix liquid and dry ingredients. Heat skillet with oil until it sizzles. Pour in 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until firm. Serve with butter, syrup, honey.
