SPINACH STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 pkg. Stouffer's spinach souffle, defrosted
1 c. untoasted bread crumbs
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. instant minced onions
1/2 tsp. salt
24 lg. mushrooms
Melted butter, Parmesan cheese

Wash mushrooms and remove stems. In bowl combine souffle, bread crumbs, lemon juice and salt. Place mushrooms on baking sheet, brush with melted butter. Stuff with spinach mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 to 18 minutes. Makes 24.
