NO SUGAR - NO CHOLESTEROL
COOKIES
 
3 med. ripe bananas
1/3 c. peanut oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. uncooked oat bran
1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped mixed dried fruit (dates, apricots, etc.)
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together well. (Mixture will be wet). Put by spoonsful on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Refrigerate.
