TUNA SALAD 
4 lb. solid white tuna, drained
1 lg. red bell pepper, finely chopped
10 green onions, chopped
1/2 lb. celery, sliced
4 oz. small capers
2 c. mayonnaise
2 lemons, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste

Place the tuna in a large bowl and break into fine flakes with fork. Add the celery, pepper, green onions and capers, quickly blend. Stir in the mayonnaise, lemon juice and season to taste with salt and pepper.
