CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 hen (about 4 lb., can use canned chicken)
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. chicken fat
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 can tomato soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1 pkg. spaghetti, broken
Chicken broth
Grated cheese

Saute celery, green pepper, onions, and garlic in fat. Add seasonings, soup, and mushrooms and simmer 20 minutes. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth until tender. Mix all together with chicken. Place in greased casserole. Cover with grated cheese and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be made ahead of time or get everything ready the day before and put together just before baking. Serves 12.
