SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 to 2 lbs. ground pork
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. crushed cracker crumbs
1/2 to 1 c. milk
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. rubbed sage
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt

Mix all together. Use enough milk to moisten. Roll into walnut size (or smaller) balls. Brown, turning frequently with a fork to keep round. Place in a baking dish and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and pour off any fat. Cover with a sauce made of cream of mushroom or golden mushroom soup. Resume baking for 25 to 30 minutes longer.
