EASY PARTY FRUIT PUNCH 
FOR 25 SERVINGS, 5 OUNCE EACH, YOU WILL NEED:

1 can (6 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate
1 can (6 oz.) frozen pineapple juice concentrate
1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange or tangerine juice concentrate
5 c. water
2 bottles (29 oz. each) chilled ginger ale
1 lg. seedless orange, optional
1 lg. seedless lemon, optional
Strawberries, optional
Fresh mint sprig, optional

1. Mix frozen juice concentrates and water in punch bowl or other large container.

2. Five minutes before serving, add ginger ale and ice cubes or ice frozen in ring mold.

3. Cut orange and lemon into thin slices, if used. Float in punch. Garnish with sliced strawberries and sprig of mint, if desired.

Good served with: Small sandwiches, cookies, small cake squares and salted nuts when light refreshments are desired.
