1- 8 oz. package cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 jar dried beef
2 tsp onion powder
1 dash garlic salt
1/2 c. bell pepper - optional
1 tbsp milk

Preheat oven to 350°F. Wash dried beef. Chop dried beef (fine). Mix all ingredients well. Put into a Corning Ware container. Cook in 350°F oven for approximately 20-30 minutes. Serve with Frito Chips.
