CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP 
Backs, wings, necks of 2 chickens
1 med. onion, chopped
3 to 4 ribs of celery, sliced
1 tsp. caraway seed
2 carrots, shredded
Noodles
Salt and pepper to taste

Cover chicken with water in medium sized saucepan; add celery, onions and seasonings, and boil. Debone chicken and return to boiling broth along with the carrots and noodles, and cook until noodles are tender.
