TURTLE CAKE 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
14 oz. pkg. caramels
1/2 c. Milnot
3/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix cake mix according to directions. Pour half of batter into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Meanwhile, melt caramels in 1/2 cup Milnot and 3/4 cup butter over low heat. After cake has baked 15 minutes, pour caramel mixture over top. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and chocolate chips. Top with remaining half of batter, smooth out evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes longer.
