GLAZED CARROTS AND GRAPES 
2 lbs. frozen whole baby carrots
1/4 c. butter
1/2 lb. red grapes, halved & seeded
1/4 c. sugar

Simmer carrots in 1 cup water for 7 minutes. Do not over cook. Drain. Melt butter in saucepan. Add sugar and carrots. Saute 3 to 4 minutes. Add grapes and saute 2 minutes more. Remove from heat and serve. Serves 8.
