RYE BREAD MELS 
1 pkg. cocktail rye (dark or lite)
1 lb. ground meat
1 lb. sausage (Bob Evans)
1 pkg. Velveeta cheese

Fry ground meat and sausage until done. Drain off grease. Add cheese until melted on low heat then spread on rye bread. Bake for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees, then serve. Can be made ahead of time and frozen.
