CRUMB TOP PIE 
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. Crisco
1/4 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. cold water

FILLING:

Any kind of fruit

TOP:

3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter

CRUST: Combine flour and salt. Cut in Crisco to pea-sized pieces. Add water slowly, tossing with a fork until just sticking together. Do not over mix. Roll out on floured wax paper to 2 inches bigger than pie plate. Double over the edge of crust and crimp. Add fruit filling.

TOP: Mix flour and sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Spread over top of pie. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 50 minutes.
