BLENDER CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
2 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate OR 1/3 c. semi-sweet pieces
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. instant coffee
1 egg
1 tbsp. sugar (according to your taste - I use 1 tsp.)
1/3 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Put chocolate, water, and coffee in saucepan and stir over low heat until melted. Take off heat and set aside.

In blender whirl egg, sugar and vanilla - about 45 seconds until frothy. Add cream and blend 10 seconds. Add chocolate mixture; blend until smooth (about 30 seconds).
