GREEN JELLO SALAD | |
1 lg. can evaporated milk (ice cold) 1 sm. pkg. green Jello 1 can crushed pineapple 2/3 c. (or less) sugar 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened Bring pineapple to boil, add sugar and Jello. When dissolved, add softened cream cheese, stir until melted. Cool Whip, canned milk and fold in cooled pineapple mixture. Pour in 9x12 inch pan with graham cracker crust. Mix 1 1/2 cup graham crackers, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/4 cup butter to make a bottom crust. Save a little to spread on top. |
