FOUR LAYER DESSERT 
CRUST:

1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. nuts, chopped

2ND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla

3RD LAYER:

2 sm. pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

TOPPING:

1 c. Cool Whip
1 Hershey's bar

CRUST: Cream together flour, butter and nuts. Spread in a 9 1/2 x 14 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool completely.

2ND LAYER: Cream confectioners sugar, cream cheese, Cool Whip and vanilla. Spread over cooled crust.

3RD LAYER: Mix ingredients and spread over 2nd layer.

TOPPING: Spread Cool Whip on top and grate one Hershey's bar across top.
