HAM & EGG QUICHE 
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1/2 lb. ham
1/2 lb. pepperoni
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
6 med. eggs
Salt, to taste
Parsley

Mix Ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and parsley with eggs. Line pan with oil, lightly put mixture in, about 1 1/2 inches. Put in 1/2 ham and 1/2 pepperoni. Put in more cheeses and rest of the ham and pepperoni. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
