SMOTHERED DOVE WITH RICE 
10 dove breasts (soak overnight in milk and 1 tbsp. salt)
Black pepper
Paprika
1 c. flour
1 cube butter
1 box chicken Rice-A-Roni
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green sweet pepper
1/4 c. white cooking wine
1 can cream of chicken soup

Cook Rice-A-Roni according to directions on box. Set aside. Remove dove from milk. Add pepper and paprika. Roll in flour. Fry slowly in butter until golden brown. Remove dove. Pour off 1/2 drippings. Saute onion and green pepper in same skillet. Place dove back in skillet on top of onion and pepper. Add wine, soup, cover and simmer 45 minutes. Serve on bed of Rice-A-Roni. A delightful one dish meal.
