CORN PUDDING 
4 eggs, beaten
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, do not drain
1 c. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. dried onion; optional
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix

Stir together. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees until knife comes out clean, about 40-45 minutes.
