FRESH PUMPKIN PIE 
1 can pumpkin or 2 c.
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. allspice
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk

Mix all together eggs, sugar, flour, salt and spices. Add milk; stir. Pour in pastry shell and bake in hot oven at 475 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake 40 minutes longer. (Sugar may be increased slightly for mixture.)
