MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
8 oz. breakfast sausage, chopped
1 lg. egg
1 pkg. Saltine crackers (40 crackers)
2 sm. onions, chopped
1 sm. green pepper (I use 1/2 green pepper, minced)
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. ketchup, divided
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In large bowl with hands, mix ground beef and sausage. Mix in egg, crackers, onion, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 of ketchup. Mix until the mixture has the same texture throughout.

Knead well with hands until it holds together well. Shape into an oblong form. Put into a shallow pan about 8x12. Bake until the loaf begins to form crust; about 45 minutes. Add remaining ketchup down center of loaf. Bake another 45 minutes.
