VENUS DE MILO SOUP 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All
1 (28 oz.) can water
5 beef bouillon cubes
3/4 c. orzo
Mushrooms (optional)

Brown meat and onion; drain greased. Add remaining ingredients except orzo and simmer 1/2 hour. Cook orzo al dente. Drain and add to soup. Add water as needed. Serve hot, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Other vegetables of choice may be added.
