CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
5 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 lbs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 lg. eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour ream

Melt chocolate chips. Beat cream cheese with sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Stir in melted chocolate chips and sour cream.

Pour into Chocolate Cookie Crumb Crust (recipe follows) in springform pan and bake for approximately 75 minutes at 275 degrees. Turn oven off and prop door open. Let cake cool slowly.

CHOCOLATE COOKIE CRUMB CRUST:

2 c. chocolate cookie crumbs (1 pkg. Famous Chocolate Wafers)
1 stick melted butter

Mix ingredients and pat into 9 or 10-inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes.
